REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback will result in a permanent ban from all Star Network servers and affiliated stores.

Transactions are securely processed by Tebex, a leading platform for online gaming payments.

It may take between 1-20 minutes for your items to arrive in-game. If you’re still missing a purchase after that time, please submit a ticket via Discord with proof of payment.

Players banned for breaking our rules will lose access to purchased goods for the duration of the ban. Our "no refund" policy will still apply.
